Client or You means the individual or entity that has engaged the Company for IT services.
IT Services means web development, software development, mobile app development, UI/UX design, testing and QA, cloud engineering, and other technology-related services provided by the Company.
Project means any specific IT service engagement or development work undertaken by the Company for the Client.
Order means a confirmed request for IT services with agreed scope, timeline, and payment terms.
Clients may cancel their order or project under the following conditions:
Within 7 Days of Order Confirmation: Full refund available if no work has commenced on the project.
After Work Commencement: Cancellation is subject to payment for work completed up to the cancellation date.
Mid-Project Cancellation: Client will be charged for completed milestones and any work in progress, calculated on a pro-rata basis.

No development work, design work, or project planning has commenced
No confidential information or proprietary materials have been shared
The project scope has not been finalized or approved by the Client
Partial refunds may be considered in the following scenarios:
Project Cancellation After Commencement: Refund of unused portion after deducting completed work and associated costs.
Service Quality Issues: If deliverables do not meet agreed specifications and cannot be rectified within reasonable time.
Company-Initiated Cancellation: Full refund of unused payments, excluding any completed work.

Bank processing times may vary and can take additional 3-5 business days
